According to THE SCRIBE, the Tulare Renaissance Festival had 3 stages, 40 vendors booths and hosted more than 3,500 patrons during its two-day run in 1999. To reach the Faire from Fresno: drive 45 minutes south on Fwy 99, then off Hwy 137 behind Veterans Memorial Bldg in Tulare Memorial Park.
