SLIDESHOW OF THE 2008
        WHITE HART RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL

        Opening Weekend

        VIDEOS

COMMEDIA DEL ARTE AT WHITE HART 2008
The Not-Quite-Ready-For-Primetime Players presented the play "Little Green Riding Corset" during Opening Weekend at the White Hart Renaissance Festival in 2008. Better known as "Little Red Riding Hood," the play featured the "Ides of March" members Erica and Aaron as the two-headed jabberwocky. Needless to say, this was definitely a "fractured fairytale" if ever there was one!

LADY NANCY AT WHITE HART 2008
Lady Nancy plays the Irish drinking song "Hills of Connemara" on her hammered dulcimer during Opening Weekend at the White Hart Renaissance Festival in 2008. Her act was one of many, which included bellydancers, escape artists, magicians, singing pirates and, of course, more musicians!

CAVALRY ACTION AT WHITE HART 2008
Three horsemen go saber-to-saber in this clip taken at the Jousting Arena at the White Hart Renaissance Festival on Opening Weekend. While it was just a demonstration of mounted swordfighting, the participants definitely threw themselves into the action most enthusiastically!

FAREWELL AND GODSPEED AT WHITE HART 2008
Queen Elizabeth and Her Court as well as all the cast and krewe of the White Hart Renaissance Festival gather at the Main Gate to wish a hearty "Farewell and Godspeed!" at the end of the faire day. This clip was taken on the first day of Opening Weekend at White Hart after a most wonderful day -- and there was still more to come!
